30 Days Product Replacement

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from (Daniel Barrett T/A Cosy Marketing)

If in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 30 Day Product Replacement.

Please email us at quoting your order number. Please describe you problem in detail and add a photo of the problem or fault with the product. The more information we get the quicker we can arrange your replacement product.

Once we have checked the reason for replacement we will send you a returns address label for you to print off.
Please repackage the product in the original packaging, attach the label and take it to your local postal office.


We can only issue refunds for faulty or defective goods within 30 days of purchase.
If in the unfortunate event you have a faulty or defective product from us we will refund you the purchase price and any shipping paid. Please contact us at within 30 days of purchase quoting your order number. Include as much detail about the fault or defect as possible AND include a photo of the defect or fault. The more details we get the quicker we can issue your refund.


Order Cutoff Time
All orders that are submitted are approved by the customer, and are final.
Any modifications to the existing order can be made up to 24 hours after placing the order on the same day that it is ordered by e-mailing our support at Any requests for edits to your existing order AFTER this cut off time will NOT be possible.

Cancellations may be requested WITHIN the first 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, your order will not be eligible for a cancellation if it has already been printed.

Additional Information

Our promise is that we thrive to make our customers happy and we will make exceptions wherever possible to ensure a greatly exceeded experience when buying our product.

Once the order was placed and we receive it, we will deliver within 15-30 business days. Generally we are well covered and since our product is manufactured in the United States.

At times, you can expect quicker delivery due to your proximity to our print supplier. What we can’t control is that you the customer provides us with a correct delivery address during the checkout process. In such cases we won’t be able to guarantee a return if the error was due partly to you the purchaser.

In the case where our printing partners are not able to deliver the ordered merchandise for us and they are not able to fulfill their contractual obligations, then we will inform the customer immediately that the product ordered is not available.

Once the goods are shipped the risk of goods that may be damaged or perished passes on to you the buyer, this means that we, Daniel Barrett T/A Cosy Marketing Via will not be liable for any damages caused by the shipping company. Any damage caused in transit must be discussed with the shipping/delivery company starting with the driver.

Orders not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If the shipment/delivery information provided by the customer was incorrect at the time of order, this results in a case where an order is not eligible for a return or replacement for such reasons as delay in shipment, etc.

Shipping detail, returns and right of withdrawal

We are not responsible for notifying you in such a case and change the order, however we will always do our best to help resolve the issue. This means that there are no rights for the user to receive replacement of products in dispute due to an address mistake. All of this is subject to investigation, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. will review replacement of Products or refund requests within 30 days of placed order. If there are product quality issues, a product is missing will replace such a product with a new product.

Print Quality
A note about quality: sometimes your print may differ slightly than what is presented on your computer screen, tablet or mobile phone screen. For example, some colors may come out slightly darker and bolder than what is displayed by your device. Coloring can change between devices and display settings. By ordering a product with, you are agreeing that you acknowledge this and products attempting to be returned for such reasons will not be eligible for a return. We guarantee a high-quality product, however nuances in colors is not up to our control as every individual may have a different device they view their prospective order on.

Delivery delivers to users in the US and where applicable international countries and the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery / unless otherwise stated. The cost of delivery is additional to the price of the product even though they are included in most cases, however we reserve the right to charge additional costs depending on the customer location. Dates cannot vouch for the date of delivery and hence is not accountable for any delays if a product is delivered after the estimated delivery. The delivery times are based on our shipping and printing partner’s estimations based on their usual production and delivery times. At any time delivery dates may change based on unforeseeable circumstances which we will do our best to communicate in advance. We CANNOT guarantee any delivery dates. All delivery dates provided are only estimates. If you require products for specific date or event we accept no liability for any production, shipping or delivery delays or losses due to late or lost deliveries. Full payment of all sums of the products including delivery charges will result in your ownership of the products.

Customs and Taxes
If the customer is not located in the United States of America, the customer is responsible for any paying sales tax. cannot be held responsible for any such tax. Within the United States of America sales tax may or may not be included depending on the relevant state tax laws.
Customers outside of the United States of America may be subject to pay custom duties and will not be held responsible for any such duties.
